MEMBERSHIP
Memberships allows clients to receive discounted special rates for specific services each month. This is great for clients who love to be consistent with monthly maintenance treatments and/or upkeep after completing an acne program. No contract whatsoever! Just amazing treatments at discounted rates on a monthly basis. Members also receive 10% off regular priced retail in office.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
The discount will be applied to the service rendered each month:
*Prices may vary if ADD ON service is provided * practitioner prices varies
*Membership treatments can not be combined with any other sales or discounts. We will honor the treatment sale if client would like to take advantage of the current sale.
However, the treatment will be outside of the monthly membership service and will be scheduled additionally, unless client request to opt out.
*please note that when monthly fees are extracted from clients cards these cannot be reversed. Please follow details of needing to pause or cancel membership program, NO REFUNDS ON MEMBERSHIP FEES
HOW TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN APPT
STEP 1: IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO RESCHEDULE AND DON'T SEE ANYTHING AVAILABLE , ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CANCEL THE APPT BEFORE THE 24HR TIMEFRAME.
STEP 2: AFTER CANCELING, YOU CAN CHECK PERIODICALLY FOR A NEW SPOT AND SCHEDULE A NEW ONE UNDER THE MEMBERS ONLY AREA OR SEND US A MESSAGE SPECIFYING AN INTEREST FOR A PARTICULAR DAY
STEP 3: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... IT'S ALWAYS SAFE TO CANCEL.
PLEASE CANCEL 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPT TIME, BECAUSE THE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU DO IT A MIN AFTER....... WE CANNOT CANCEL APPTS FOR CLIENTS!
HOW TO CANCEL/PAUSE MEMBERSHIP
Of course we don't want you to but umm, things happen.
Sad face but we won't hassle you to stay like other companies
Just send us an email before your next billing date at least 2 weeks before and we will confirm the cancelation.
-Client can pause membership for up to 3 months once a year
-If missed a month of service and forgot to schedule you can double up the following month, if client is unable to double service for proceeding month... client has 3 month to double service in a month in order not to loose the service. Membership must be in active status in order to receiveIf a membership is canceled or paused, any missed services will not be eligible for discounts if the membership was paused or terminated prior to the rendering of those services. discounts.
All members must adhere to the standard policy for scheduling, rescheduling and canceling services. The 24 hr timeframe is mandatory. Clients will forfeit the service for that month if attempting to cancel after the 24 hour timeframe or is a no show.
CARRY OVER: 2 carry over services are permitted per year and must be used with in 3 months. While in the membership program you can carry the unused treatment into the next month. However, you must use that treatment for the proceeding month along with the treatment in that billing cycle (used 2 weeks apart). The members account must be active in order to receive discounts for those carry over treatments. The staff can assist with what treatments can be perfectly paired for your skin
FREEZE ACCOUNTS: Clients can freeze/pause their membership at anytime if not able to attend their monthly service. Send an email 24 hours prior to needing to pause account. Freeze/pause option can only occur once yearly with each pause of membership not exceeding 3 months at a time.
CANCEL MEMBERSHIP: Each member must be apart of the program for at least 2 months before canceling. If needing to terminate the membership before 2 months, all services rendered will resort back to original pricing and client will be charged the difference of that specific treatment. Once a client's membership is cancelled but would like to rejoin, client must set up a new membership. All charges are non refundable and nontransferable.
TERMINATE VIA EMAIL: Clients must send email to terminate at least 2 weeks prior to membership billing date to ensure no fees are extracted from the card on file. A staff member will cancel membership and send a confirmation email.
