EX: SALICYLIC ACID, GLYCOLICS, BENZOYL PEROXIDE, THE COJIC, POTENT ACNE SERUM, THE COMPOUND, ETC.

IF NOTHING IS AVAILABLE CANCEL YOUR APPT BEFORE THE 24 HOUR TIMFRAME. DISREGUARD THE MESSAGE ABOUT LOSING DEPOSIT. AS LONG AS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE TIME YOU WILL NOT LOOSE MONEY

IF THE SYSTEM IS NOT ALLOWING YOU TOO CANCEL THEN THAT MEANS YOU ARE AFTER THE TIMEFRAME AND THEREAFTER YOU WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT AND FEE IS CHARGED. PUTTING YOUR NAME ON THE WAITLIST IS NOT PROPERLY CANCELING/RESCHEDULING YOUR APPT. WAITLIST ACTS LIKE A WISHLIST FOR A DIFFERENT DAY BUT DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR EXISTING APPT.

AFTER SUCCESSFULLY RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION ABOUT THE CHANGE. IF CANCELED YOU WILL RECEIVE  A GIFT CARD ATTACHED TO YOUR ACCT WITH THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT PAID. The gift card is placed on the clients acct by a staff member on the next operating business day.
